Team Bucket Options:

To accommodate teams of different sizes, Motion operates on a bucket-based pricing model:

  • 3 person bucket.

  • 5 person bucket.

  • 10+ person bucket (Enterprise Plan)

Example: A startup with four team members selects the 5-person bucket. If they grow to six members, they will automatically be upgraded to the 10-person bucket at that time.

Additionally, when downgrading your team, if you reduce your team size from 5 team members to 3, your team bucket will not automatically reduce. You will need to manually adjust your team subscription by visiting Settings > Billing.

Note: At this time, we do not offer custom-sized packages, so selecting a team bucket size that is equal to or above your desired seats ensures everyone is covered.

Both subscription plans grant access to Motion's powerful features, including auto-scheduling, task management, and project organization. However, the Team subscription offers enhanced collaboration capabilities tailored for group productivity.

Motion offers flexibility to upgrade from an Individual Plan to a Team Plan or expand your existing Team Plan as your needs evolve.

  2. Under the ā€˜Teamā€™ section, click ā€˜Create Team.ā€™

  3. Choose a Team Plan:

    • Business Standard: For teams with fewer than 10 users.

    • Business Pro: For teams with 10+ users.

  4. Select your billing cycle:

  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.

What Happens Next?

  • We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as forms of payment.

3. What is the $1 charge I received during the free trial?

This temporary hold verifies your card information and is refunded within 1ā€“2 business days.

4. Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is determined based on your country and state. In some cases, sales tax may be triggered when certain sales thresholds are crossed in your state. This may result in tax charges appearing on recent transactions, even if they were not included in the past. Motion does not retain any of the sales tax ourselves.
