Summary:

Tasks are the building blocks to success in Motion. When you complete a task you are putting yourself one step closer to accomplishing your productivity goals. With that said, some Motion customers may prefer to view all their completed tasks on their calendar to reflect on their productivity, while others may prefer an ‘out of sight, out of mind’ approach.

In this article, we will learn how to toggle on/off completed task visibility in your calendar; to either keep your completed tasks visible or remove them from sight.

Please Note: In order for a task to be deemed 'completed' you must click 'Complete'. Failing to select 'Complete' will result in the task continuing to be auto-scheduled by Motion's AI.
