There are multiple ways to share your booking link. Depending on the scenario, you may want to choose one of the following methods:

Share your link

The simplest way to share your booking link is to copy the link and send it to your guest.

  1. Open Scheduler → option + A on Mac (or alt + A on Windows)

  2. Click "Copy Link" next to your booking link.

Create a custom one-time link

You can also create a custom one-time link using our "drag time slots" option.

This will allow you to change some of the settings from your booking link. Here are a few scenarios where you may want to use this:

⏱️ You want to offer very specific times/days for this guest. For example, your booking link shows times for the next 14 days but you only want to show times starting next week.

🤝 You'd like to personalize your meeting link for your guest. You can personalize the booking link by entering in the guest's details (first name and email) beforehand. This will pre-fill their details on the booking link so they don't need to type anything in.

👥 You want to invite team members to this meeting. You may want to add a team member(s) to this meeting. Motion will check your calendars and any others that you've added to the meeting (as long as you have viewing permissions to their calendar).

Embed your booking link on a website

If guests often visit your website, you may want to embed it directly on your contact page.

  1. Open Scheduler → option + C on Mac (or alt + C on Windows)

  2. Click the 3 dots icon on your booking link.

  3. Click "Embed on website"

  4. Copy the code and paste it in your website's HTML where you'd like it to appear.
