Please cancel your subscription before the trial period ends or before the subscription renews to ensure that you are not charged.

Note that the trial period for Motion begins when you click "Start 7 day trial" on the checkout screen. For example, if you start your trial on a Monday at noon, it will expire and automatically convert to a paid subscription the following Monday at noon.

To help you make the most of your Motion trial period before it ends, we will send you a series of daily emails with reminders, helpful tips, and information.

Please contact our support team via Intercom chat for further assistance if:

  • You did not have the chance to set-up your account

  • You converted your individual subscription to a paid team subscription and did not receive an automatic pro-rated refund on your individual account within 72 hours.

  • You believe that you have been the victim of fraud

Our support team will manually review your request on a case-by-case basis within a couple business days and will get back to you if a refund can be issued.

If you would like to cancel your active 7 day trial or check when it will end, you can find the relevant information by clicking the headshot icon on the top right of the Motion webapp (please see the screenshot below for reference).
