Steps for Changing the Base URL
One way to personalize your booking link is by changing the base URL. Here’s how:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab (⚙️).
Locate ‘Booking’ on the left sidebar and click on it.
Enter your preferred base URL.
Hit ‘Save.’
Note: Changing your base URL means that your previously copied template links will no longer work and have to be updated.
Steps for Changing the Default Message Availability
On the same page:
Edit the message availability template to your liking.
You’ll see the preview on the right.

Why am I getting an “Issue loading booking page” error?
This happens when the base URL in Booking Settings and the booking link you’re using don’t match. After changing the base URL, make sure to share the new link with your guests. You can reach out to Motion Support if this isn’t the case.
Why is my booking page showing blocked times as available?
We usually see this if the calendar doesn’t have the attendance green light. To fix this, you can add the calendar to the ‘Attendance Requirements’ field in the booking template settings.
How to embed my booking link on my website?
On the ‘Booking’ tab, click the 3 dots on the booking link, and select ‘Embed on website.’
