Scheduling one-on-one meetings with external contacts can sometimes be a daunting task, especially when it involves a lot of back-and-forth emails. However, the "Drag Times" feature in Motion is designed to simplify this process and make scheduling effortless.
βDrag Times" offers a personalized scheduling experience that uses a single-use booking link ideal for one-on-one meetings by providing specific time options based on your availability without disclosing your entire schedule, which helps enhance privacy and offer a personalized experience. It can revolutionize your scheduling experience, reduce coordination hassles, and enhance meeting productivity.
βGenerate Messageβ allows you to select dates of your availability and send them to guests for one-time use.
Traditional booking links, commonly embedded in websites or email signatures, present your general availability, letting anyone book a time slot from your publicly available schedule.
Open Motion and navigate to the "Booking" tab.
Click on "Drag Times" to access this unique feature.
Select the available times that work best for you.
Drag and drop the selected times onto the calendar.
Copy the selected times to your clipboard.
Paste and send the options to your meeting attendees through a message or email.
Consider you're a project manager and you receive an email from a client requesting a meeting to discuss the project timeline. Instead of emailing back and forth to finalize a meeting time, you can use the "Drag Times" feature in Motion to streamline this process.
You open Motion, navigate to the "Booking" tab, and click on "Drag Times". You then select the times you're available on your preferred day (say, Friday between 2 pm - 4 pm) by clicking and highlighting the desired time slots. You drag these time slots onto your calendar, visibly marking your availability.
After copying these selected times, you send them in a response email to your client. The client can then easily choose a time that works best for them from the options you've provided. This reduces the amount of back-and-forth communication, saves time, and makes scheduling far more efficient.
