How to Send Emails to Guests

Communicating with guests is an important aspect of event management in Motion. Whether you want to provide updates, share information, or gather responses, the email functionality makes it easy to connect with your event attendees.

Follow these steps to send emails to your guests:

  1. Locate the existing event for which you want to send an email to the guests.

  2. Click on the event to open the details.

  3. Click on the envelope icon to access the editing options.

  4. A drop-down menu will appear. Choose whether you want to use a pre-existing template or create a new email from scratch.

  5. If creating a blank email, start typing your message in the provided text editor.

  6. Customize the email content as needed, including the subject line and body of the email.

  7. Once your email is ready, you can send a test email to yourself to review the appearance and content.

  8. When you are satisfied with the email, click the "Send" button to deliver it to the guest(s) associated with the event.
