What Are They?
“Reminder Tasks” in Motion are quick reminders or to-dos without a duration. Although they aren't scheduled on your calendar, tasks appear in the task list on the right and at the top of the calendar for convenient access and visibility.
How to Create Reminder Task
Click on “Add task” to open the task modal.
In the duration field, choose “Reminder.”
Save the task.
Distinctive Features
These tasks bypass typical parameters such as duration or priority, offering a simplified approach to task management.
When to Use Them
Use “Reminders” for various non-time-specific activities like:
“Cancel appointment” - a prompt to cancel doctor’s or vet’s appointments.
"Drink water" - a gentle nudge to stay hydrated throughout the day.
"Email John" - a prompt to contact a colleague or friend.
"Pick up dry cleaning" - a memo about personal errands.
"Order office supplies" - a note for administrative tasks.

Any task that is less than 5 minutes will be automatically made into a “Reminder”.
