Using Zoom with Motion AI Notetaker

Usage

  1. Once you’ve set up Motion and connected Zoom using the instructions above, Motion’s meeting bot will join all your meetings that have Zoom links by default. For any given meeting you don’t want a meeting bot to join, just click on the corresponding event in the “Calendar” tab and toggle the “Motion AI Assistant” button off.

  2. At the time the calendar event starts, the meeting bot will join your Zoom link. At any point, you can remove the bot from the meeting if you want to stop recording.

  3. Once the meeting is finished, Motion’s AI will process the transcript to create a summary, a detailed notes recap, and action items. You’ll receive an email with this information, but you can also view it directly in the corresponding calendar event within Motion.
