How to Cancel Your Motion Subscription
We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your Motion subscription. Here's a simple guide to help you through the process:
Canceling Your Subscription
If you have access to your Motion account:
Visit your Motion account at app.usemotion.com on a desktop or laptop computer.
Click the profile icon/email address at the top, and then click the red “Cancel Plan” button.
Enter a cancellation reason, such as “My work won’t let me use Motion,” and click “Cancel on Next Page.” This will take you to a Stripe-hosted subscription page.
Finally, click “Cancel Plan” on this page.

If you no longer have access to your Motion account:
Go to your account billing page at usemotion.com/account on a desktop/laptop computer.
Click on “Billing.”
Select “Individual subscribers: Change payment method, cancel the subscription, view invoices.” This will take you to a Stripe-hosted subscription page.
Click “Cancel plan” on this page.
These instructions are for individual users only. If you have a team plan, you can follow the steps outlined below.
If you are a Team Admin:
Head over to Settings ⚙️.
Click on "Team” on the left.
Select "Billing.”
Click on "Manage plan."
Click on "Cancel plan."
Enter a cancellation reason to proceed with the request.

If you were on the free trial subscription, click on the "Subscribe to continue using Motion" button in Account Settings to resubscribe.
If you were on a paid subscription, click on the blue "Reactivate" button to reactivate your subscription.
How can I get a refund?
