Refund FAQs

Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund. If you cancel before the end of your trial period, you will not be charged. For more information regarding canceling your subscription, please visit “How to Cancel Your Motion Subscription.”

Subscription Details

The trial period for Motion begins when you click "Start 7-day trial" on the checkout screen. For example, if you start your trial on a Monday at noon, it will expire and automatically convert to a paid subscription the following Monday at noon.

To ensure that you are not charged, please cancel your subscription before the trial period ends or before the subscription renews.

Contacting Support

If you need further assistance in any of the following situations, please contact our support team via Intercom chat:

  1. You didn't have a chance to set up your account.

  2. You converted your individual subscription to a paid team subscription and haven't received an automatic pro-rated refund on your individual account within 5-10 business days.

  3. You believe you have been a victim of fraud.
