    • Block Whole Day: If you don't want to do any tasks or work on a specific day (e.g., vacation, spontaneous holiday, emergency), you can use this option. Clicking this will block out the entire day, and all tasks will be moved off that day.

    • Start Tasks Later: For those days when you had a late night and need some extra sleep, click the clock icon and select "Start Tasks Later."

    • Stop Tasks Early: If you're ahead of your tasks from 9 am to 5 pm and want to end work at 2 pm, click the clock icon and select "Stop Tasks Early." Motion will adjust your schedule accordingly.
